Job description
· Annual and bi-annual staff performance reviews with Quality Assurance Manager
· Ensure compliance with all Organisational Policies and Procedures
· Plan, manage and control calibration and Verification of all measuring equipment.
· Facilitate, analyse Gauge R&R studies.
· Conduct and report MSA studies
· Monitor the failure management system to ensure proper containment actions are implemented, corrective actions are established, and permanent measures implemented to eliminate external defects
Minimum requirements
· Grade 12/NQF L4 (Essential)
· Total Quality Management/Quality Technician (Essential)
· National Diploma in Quality /Mechanical/Industrial or Electrical Engineering Required (Desirable)
· 3 years’ experience on Quality or Process engineering (Desirable)
· 3 years’ experience in manufacturing/ automotive technical requirement (Essential)
· 3 years’ experience in a supervisory/team leader position
· 5 years working experience in the use of Quality Core tools (i.e. SPC, MSA, FMEA, PCP, Gauge R&R, CAR, PDCA,CPK) (Essential)
· 3 years’ experience in crimping process /system auditing
· Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook) (Essential)
